September 23, 2012
The Complainant filed an action with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination claiming that she had been sexual harassed by a teacher at the Northeast Metro Technical High School and that soon after complaining about the harassment, she was terminated from her employment with the school. Upon review of the facts, discussion with witnesses, and presentation of evidence to the MCAD, D’Ambrosio Brown Attorneys were able to persuade the Investigating Commissioner to find and conclude the matter with a “Lack of Probable Cause.” MCAD Docket No. 10BEM03002.
