D’Ambrosio Brown Secures Win for Municipal Client in Lawsuit Brought by Former Transportation Vendor
D’Ambrosio Brown attorneys recently obtained a summary judgment decision in favor of a municipality in a lawsuit brought by a former school transportation vendor in Suffolk Superior Court. The former vendor filed a 17 page, multi-count lawsuit alleging that the Municipality acted wrongfully by failing to award it certain transportation contracts during the 2011-2012 school year. A Suffolk Superior Court Judge agreed with D’Ambrosio Brown’s argument that the former vendor’s claims were factually and legally deficient, and entered judgment in the Municipality’s favor.
