Cory D. Rhoades, an associate with the firm, represents corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of transactional matters with a focus on zoning, real estate contracts, and related land use areas.  His representative matters include procuring various forms of zoning relief, drafting and negotiating business and real estate sale documents, and advising on commercial leases and financing arraignments.  A portion of Cory’s practice also includes estate planning, probate and elder law.      

Cory received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.  Prior to law school, Cory received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wagner College in New York.  In college, he was a member of Kappa Mu Epsilon, a specialized honor society in mathematics, and his senior thesis was chosen in the top three of all graduates in his major.

Cory is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District of Massachusetts.  He was also appointed to the Town of Needham Conservation Commission in 2014.
